These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and meta8888 ("meta8888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://meta8888.cam (the "Platform", "Website", "Site").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

meta8888 is an online gaming platform designed to serve Malaysian players. All monetary amounts referenced in these Terms are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on meta8888, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is the mandatory minimum age for online gaming and casino activities on the meta8888 Platform. No exceptions apply.
2. You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for recreational purposes only, and not in any professional, commercial, or syndicated capacity.
3. You have not been previously excluded from the Platform, whether by your own request, by administrative action by meta8888, or by any applicable regulatory authority.
4. You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and you are the sole beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your Account.
5. You are not subject to any legal restriction, court order, or regulatory prohibition that would prevent you from participating in online gaming activities.
6. You are registering only one (1) Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by a single individual constitute a material breach of these Terms.

To access the gaming services offered on meta8888, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

During registration, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and certain personal details. You warrant that all information provided at registration, and subsequently updated, is truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• Restricting access to your device(s) to prevent unauthorised use of your Account.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, except where such activity results directly from our negligence.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. meta8888 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling standards, meta8888 requires all Players to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. We may also initiate KYC checks at any point during the account lifecycle at our discretion.

Documents typically required for KYC verification include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, official bank statement, or government-issued correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, clearly showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face, both clearly visible.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go or Maybank account showing your name).

Verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of document submission. meta8888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is received. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension pending further review.

meta8888 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including, but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum single deposit amount is RM30,000, subject to individual payment method limits.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed as promptly as practicable, with a target processing time of one (1) business day.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The Account must have completed KYC verification prior to withdrawal processing.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any associated Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Real Money Funds generated from those bonuses can be withdrawn.
• meta8888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or payment instruments registered in the same name as the meta8888 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• meta8888 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees independent of meta8888.

meta8888 offers promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, and referral bonuses ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms where consistent.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players only. meta8888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its discretion.
• Each Promotion specifies a wagering requirement (e.g., "30x the bonus amount"). Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom are not eligible for withdrawal until the stated wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Wagering with Bonus Funds may be restricted to specified game categories or titles. Contributions from different game types toward wagering requirements may vary; details are stated in the applicable promotional terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and do not form part of the Player's Real Money Balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to exploit Promotion terms through systematic or collusive betting patterns constitutes abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
• Birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 for VIP-tier members) are subject to verification of the Account holder's date of birth via completed KYC documentation.
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited once the referred Player completes their first qualifying deposit. Self-referral or any attempt to refer fictitious accounts is strictly prohibited.

meta8888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time. Where a Promotion is terminated prior to its stated end date, Players who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice.

All games and sports betting markets available on meta8888 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as determined by the relevant game studio or sportsbook data provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules prior to participation.

The following general gaming rules apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. meta8888 does not accept cancellation requests after a wager has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by live dealer draws or sporting event outcomes for live dealer and sportsbook products.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant studio's stated error resolution policy. Where no resolution is possible, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the confirmed odds for that wager unless a palpable error has occurred.
• Palpable errors in odds (including odds materially inconsistent with the true market value due to human or system error) may be corrected or voided by meta8888 at its absolute discretion, with the staked amount returned to the Player.
• meta8888 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum stake limits on individual games, markets, or Player accounts, at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the meta8888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or allowing another person to use your Account credentials.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or other automated means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated betting activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from an exploited error will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal, fraudulent, or criminal activity. All deposits are subject to AML screening.
• Attempting to launder money through gaming activity.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any time thereafter.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after participation in gaming activity funded by those deposits.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward meta8888 staff or other Platform users.

Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, meta8888 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant Account(s), withhold pending withdrawals, void affected wagers, and report the matter to the relevant authorities. Funds associated with prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited.

meta8888 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates with the welfare of our Players as a primary consideration. Gambling on the Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders and automatic logout triggers.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt and are irrevocable during the elected exclusion period.

meta8888 will not send promotional communications to Players who are subject to an active self-exclusion or extended cooling-off period. meta8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable period of time.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal on a prior deposit.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive calendar months (an "Inactive Account").
• Death of the Account holder, upon receipt of appropriate documentation from the relevant legal representative.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, meta8888 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining Real Money Funds (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Account holder via their verified payment method.

Inactive Account balances are subject to an administrative fee of RM10 per calendar month after the twelve-month inactivity threshold has been reached, deducted from the remaining Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closures will be processed within five (5) business days, and any eligible balance will be returned via the Player's verified payment method.

All content on the meta8888 Platform — including but not limited to the site name, logo, trademarks, graphic designs, page layouts, software code, game interfaces, marketing materials, and textual content — is the intellectual property of meta8888 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from meta8888.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the meta8888 name, logo, or branding in any context outside of referencing the Platform in ordinary discourse.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or service without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meta8888, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

meta8888's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While meta8888 takes reasonable steps to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and technical disruptions may occur without prior notice.

meta8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published at https://meta8888.cam/terms-conditions with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which meta8888 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and meta8888 arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support team. Where resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes may be referred to an independent dispute resolution process as designated by our licensing authority.

meta8888 operates its Platform in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering legislation, responsible gambling regulations, and data protection standards. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
